Add community links
On the homepage, create a footer with the following elements:

A link to source code. -
A link to a public chat room for Validata (ready for use here or here). -
A mention of Jailbreak (e.g. URL + logo, "made by"). -
Mention other partners. -
"OpenDataFrance" instead of "Opendata France". -
Replace the sentence in the footer by: "Le service de validation du projet Validata est mis à disposition par OpenDataFrance avec l'aide de Jailbreak"
